Don't make working out just a New Year's resolution — make it a part of your life! Staying in shape and creating a weekly workout regimen will give your body renewed energy, more flexibility and the power to work to your fullest potential.
4. Don't Binge; Cleanse
Avoid unhealthy foods, and help detoxify your body by drinking vegetable juice or plenty of water. Cleansing your system doesn't mean starving yourself. It simply means getting rid of toxins that have built up in your body over time while maintaining the mind-set of doing your body good.
5. Face Your Fears
Whether you fear flying, learning to swim or being alone, you can overcome any obstacle this year. Create a list of fears you'd like to conquer by the end of the year. See how accomplishing a task that once seemed nearly impossible can help renew your spirit and passion for life.
